The horrendous check-in experience left me stressed and sleepless. Initially told the hotel was full, it took over an hour to resolve while I called customer service late at night.

The location was amazing and great for traveling around Toronto, really close to many great dining options. It also was in the middle of the city.

We liked this brand-new hotel. The double room had basic facilities you need, a mini fridge bar, a TV and a radio. It was in an amazing and marvellous location near a public alley. There was a huge variety of restaurants and great restaurants to choose from;)))

A rooftop bar to remember
The rooftop bar was a good surprise, offering amazing views of the city skyline. The staff were attentive.
Navigating the steep bathtub was a bit tricky. A handrail would have added extra safety and comfort , especially those with mobility challenges.

Both lovable and frustrating
Fantastic stay! Amazing location, stylish interiors, and comfortable beds. The rooftop terrace offers fine views and a cute atmosphere!
The staff seemed misinformed at times, causing unnecessary confusion. Amenities could use clearer communication to enhance guest experience!

An really good experience characterized by great staff, especially Jenevieve in the Lobby Lounge. The King room showcased a well-stocked mini-bar and a luxurious bathtub that enhanced relaxation. Morning coffee from Sam James was good, and the homemade pastries were a treat. The high bathtub was a safety concern, lacking a grab bar. The ambiance in the Lobby Bar was energetic, but I wished for a few more seating options.

The queen room was great with its modern design and cozy vibes. Going above and beyond just like my previous ace hotel experience in new orleans.

We checked out the vibrant nightlife around Queen Street West and enjoyed some great food. The corner room with two double beds was perfect for our group-super comfy and quiet. The lounge was lovely to relax in, and we loved the rooftop vibe over the weekend.
One downside was the high bathtub, especially since it was slippery. A handrail would be a good addition.

Couple's perfect getaway
Hands down, one of the best experiences I've had. The rooftop bar was a gem, and the staff were downright amazing! Victoria at the front desk. She found us a great spot despite the bustling lobby. Not to mention, Ryan singing happy birthday was just icing on the cake!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable considering the experience.
